My name is Sean Lynch, I am a desert storm veteran who was in the U.S. Navy for four years as a Corpsman. After the military, I worked for AMR (American Medical Response) in emergency medicine for eight years. Following AMR, I worked as a federal officer for eight years. I am a competitive power-lifter and bodybuilder with 25 years of experience. I started bodybuilding at the age of 14 and after years of competitions and owning my own gym, I am more than qualified to educate others on how to exercise properly. I am also a self-proclaimed nutritionist with over 10 years of personal educational experience. Ever since the age of 14, I have always wanted to own my own gym. I had this dream because I have always wanted to give the community around me the best resources and opportunities to live healthy lifestyles.
My name is Nic Lynch and I am the son of Sean Lynch. My interest in health and fitness started when I was growing up as a kid. Being able to watch my dad compete in bodybuilding and power-lifting was a really special time during my life. It gave me the mindset of, 'I can do anything I want to do, as long as I am giving 100% into whatever I choose to do'. Early on and throughout my life, my dad has influenced and motivated me to be just like him. After finishing high school in 2011, I became an ISSA certified personal trainer. With the hard physical, mental discipline, and mentoring from my dad, this molded me into the trainer that I am today. Being a personal trainer for 6 years has been one of the best things I've ever done in my life. Being able to help somebody grow as a person physically, mentally, and spiritually is an amazing feeling. I want to continue mentoring and educating my clients on how to become stronger and healthier in and outside of the gym. In 2017, I plan to compete in my first bodybuilding show and become a deputy sheriff. With our old school, unorthodox style of training and the living proof of results in our clients, I am more than prepared and qualified to accomplish my goals.
